Service Description
12 Minutes of Pilates Each Day. Build a stronger and more toned body. Each day we target a difference muscle group to build strength and stability for a whole body challenge. You can either join me live via Zoom, or catch up in your own time with the session recording. Disclaimer: Participants must ensure their bodies are fully prepared for a physical practice before commencing. Please always make sure you listen to your body and monitor yourself during every session. It is recommended that you consult your doctor or healthcare professional before starting any exercise programme to know it is suitable for you. If you experience any pain or discomfort during this class you should should stop immediately and, if necessary, seek medical attention.
