Service Description

Build a stronger and more toned body, improve flexibility and mobility, and make your wellbeing a priority. Receive 20 x 20 minute yoga videos to access throughout the month of November, giving you the flexibility to practise at a time that is convenient for you. Disclaimer: Participants must ensure their bodies are fully prepared for a physical practice before commencing. Please always make sure you listen to your body and monitor yourself during every session. It is recommended that you consult your doctor or healthcare professional before starting any exercise programme to know it is suitable for you. If you experience any pain or discomfort during this class you should should stop immediately and, if necessary, seek medical attention.
