In this online Pilates Challenge, I'm bringing you 12 bite-sized classes for daily movement that will focus on building a strong core, improving posture and maintaining flexibility. Included in this Pilates Challenge is a live, online, guided class every morning for the first 12 days of February (7am on weekdays and 8am on weekends (UK time)). You can either join me live via Zoom, or catch up in your own time with the session recording. Classes are live and recorded and uploaded each day so you can access them on demand and repeat the session! ✨ Suitable for all levels of experience ✨ Equipment free and low impact ✨ 12 x 12 minute classes ✨ Class recordings available to catch up or repeat until 28th February This Pilates Challenge will help you to: ✨Improve posture ✨Build strength & stability ✨Create tone and definition ✨Improve balance ✨Boost mental clarity ✨Be consistent and experience the transformative effects of Pilates on your whole body and mind. Join live via the zoom link or access the recordings on the feefloyoga webpage. Access to the recordings continues after the initial 12 days until 28th February.
