KICK OFF YOUR NEW YEAR WITH A JANUARY CHALLENGE
I invite you to join me on a 20 day yoga journey. We will meet each morning at 7am (7:30 on weekends) for a 20 minute yoga practice**. We will welcome the day together with a gentle flowing sequence to open up the body and set a positive tone for the day ahead. So for 20 days let’s get rid of the fuzz, get the ‘happy’ chemicals pumping and salute the sun together.
All sessions are recorded so if you struggle with a 7am and know you won’t quite be human at that time you can still join in. Just ask for the recordings and you can complete the class at a time that suits you.
