I AM CURRENTLY TEACHING CHILDREN'S YOGA IN SCHOOLS.

GIVING YOUR CHILDREN A TOOL FOR LIFE

Children will develop a positive relationship with fitness and become content in their own skin. Yoga and the practice of mindfulness gives children of all ages a mechanism to help lead a full, happy and productive life. This class will stretch growing bodies and strengthen little bones through a series of fun postures and poses. Yoga improves concentration and offers an oasis of calm in little ones' busy lives.  Yoga enables them to be thoughtful and mindful giving them a space in which to be themselves.

  • promotes mindfulness

  • provides tools to deal with emotions

  • increases self awareness and self confidence

  • promotes a positive relationship with the body

  • improves co-ordination, strength, balance and concentration

MINI YOGIS CLASSES ARE 45 MINUTES.  I INCORPORATE MOVEMENT, STORY-TELLING, DRAMA, MUSIC AND RELAXATION.

​What if we could enable all our children to lead happier, healthier, calmer lives?

Give your pupils time to breath within a safe nurturing environment.  In addition to the emotional difficulties that all young people face, yoga is a simple way to feel better, reduce stress and boost self-esteem.  Yoga will give them skills to deal with the everyday stresses and strains of growing up like school exams and social pressures.

Mini Yogis is a non competitive form of exercise which encourages healthy habits and supports a positive mental attitude.

Please notes: I am DBS checked and a fully qualified YTT teacher with a specialism in children's yoga.  I have also been a Head of Department and secondary school teacher for over 15 years.
